To address the high cancellation rates of Taycan orders, Porsche launched the Taycan Pit Shop project. The goal was to create a personalized 3D congratulatory letter for customers, to be given during their waiting period. The aim of this letter was to connect with customers on an emotional level, helping them transition smoothly into the next phase of their journey while enhancing their overall experience during the wait.
